Alright, lets get this started from the beginning. As a few of you may or may not know, I lurk a site called Dramachan once in a blue moon, whenever I have time not at work, school, or with my friends. I could link to the thread, but Anonib has a lot of viruses and porn and I could get B& for that.

I thought the James thread they had going on was kind of funny, but that's not the point of this journal, as I have no dislike for them. However it is where a lot of the drama surrounding surfaced and it turns out, a lot more people have a hate boner for her than anyone could have thought.

I've known[of] Jess since I first joined this site back in 2004, she seemed like a pretty nice kid and all, so we got along more or less in our random comments pretty well. But as I continued to watch her, I began to see, more and more just how really twisted she is.

Firstly, she posted porn of her and her boyfriend Justin, and proceeded to brag about how she was having sex at the age of 13. Now, I'm not sure about all of you guys, but here, people would have made fun of her and would have announced to everyone else that she was a 13 year old slut and really easy. Of course, there is no need for that when you have someone bragging about it themselves. I guess she never really looked into the research about how the younger it is that you have sex, the greater your risk of getting cervical cancer. I guess she never had parents who took the time to talk to their kids about when you're too young to be banging the uglies. 15-16, whatever. 13? You're a skank, regardless of whether or not you've only slept with one person.

When that porn got deleted, she posted a journal entry about how unfair the site was. Whatever, I know. I wish I had taken screenshots, but that was three years ago, and I didn't really care at the time.

Secondly, she left DA two years agoish, when she had posted a massively tl;dr journal entry, titled "IMPORTANT, READ THIS NOW!!!", which was about religion, politics, and her beliefs. She started the entry with "I respect everyone elses' beliefs" and then proceeded to go into a wordy rant about how her opinion is clearly the superior one and that everyone else should just drop what they think and follow her. Needless to say, as we all can expect, she contradicted herself several times throughout, and ended the journal with "Everyone should respect his/her beliefs!" A few people objected and pointed out her flaws, she threw a hissy fit as usual, posted more journals, and then left the site.

And then, she switched accounts to her current one; and proceeded to watch everything that could hold a pencil, hence why she has as many pageviews as she does. Not because she's super-talented or a cool dude, but because she is constantly adding people to her watch list, and these people come to her userpage, and often leave "Thanks for the watch!" comments. Nothing more, nothing less.

Enough back-story.

On October 18th, she posted a poll asking if someone's contest entry character looked like her character Colby. Of course, after a few people commented that they don't look alike at all, she flipped out and started claiming that the person had knowingly copied Colby because the colors were the same, as were the locations of various markings. As per Jess' style, once enough people had told her that she was overreacting, she deleted everything, but you can still see it here: [link] as well as a few of the comments:ollcommentsanonibnu3.jpg"[link] and you can tell how desperately she's trying to convince everyone that someone stole her generic character design, even going so far to note the site staff AND the contest organizer, without even knowing if her suspicions are true or not.

Which is kind of funny, considering that when mentioned that her red husky character looked like 's character Brek, she went on the defensive: [link] and then proceeded to write no one, but two, journal entries about it. And it's almost ironic that she says in this journal(screencap:[link]) that the Colby/Cookie issue is a closed issue, yet in this journal: [link] she once again, accuses people of ripping the design. If it were a closed issue, then why hasn't she said anything about it? If it were a closed issue, then why would she still claim that the character was being ripped off and having to change the design because people were stating it was generic(an obvious allusion to those who said the characters were different)? What on earth gives her the right to accuse someone of stealing the colors of one of her characters and then to get super defensive about someone doing the same to her? Jess calling it a "closed issue" is the equivalent to her attempting to sweep her big booboo under the rug and act as though nothing has happened.

Oh wait. She didn't even design Colby in the first place.

This of course leads into her ideas on copyright and trademarks. For the record, as someone who has done research on copyright and trademark laws, I can say that you can't copyright the design of a character, you can copyright the idea and the overall concept, but you can't actually copyright the entire character, you have to buy a trademark for it, which isn't cheap. However, according to Jess, anyone who has reasonably told her this, is instantly "bitching and whining at her", see: [link] I don't know about you guys, but 's comments weren't whiny or bitchy. Jess actually believes that a character is copyrighted because it's in a work of art, not that the work itself, composition, lighting, coloring, etc is copyrighted, not what it contains.

Which brings me to another point, ever notice how Jess is freakishly protective over people referencing or using her art? It's kind of funny that she would treat her art like this, but not everyone elses'. When she found out how much Second Life avatars would cost to commission, instead of either giving up, or y'know, learning how to make her own, she jumped to stealing off of OTHER people's avatars: [link] which as she has admitted, is illegal. But of course, Jess can freak out about people ripping her off, but if she's the one doing the stealing, she can justify herself and will pull excuses out of her ass. Like how she says you can freely copy photos from any image site or google without giving credit because you cannot copyright poses or anatomy. Unfortunately for her, photography falls under a different set of laws than art does, because if someone uses any material from a photo without permission(this includes referencing) or without first buying the stock, they can get in big, big trouble. Of course, I'm not saying drawing from photos is bad, most photographers don't even mind, but you should always give credit. Jess, however, doesn't believe that photographers should get any credit and that their hard work is free for her to take.

Which is very funny behavior from someone who claims to be studying law. As far as I'm aware, copyright law is one of the first things you go over, or at least that's what we did in my highschool law class.

Remember guiz, she will rip you to shreds if you reference her art, but if you get upset at her for stealing parts of your SL avatars or copying your photos, she's completely innocent. I also have to say, I love how she claims hundreds of people are copying her and ripping her character designs, but we have yet to see an actual example of this(the Colby crap doesn't count), probably because she's lying through her teeth, again.

Another source in which this drama started, was when someone made a journal about how she didn't want critiques, which of course, started some drama on her journal. Then Jess made a similar journal in support of them and drama erupted from there, with both Jess and her friend talking about how critiques were the devil and they should never ever receive them, etc.

And Jess, in all her wisdom and intelligence, took everything as a personal attack and as everyone assuming that her art was shitty, then ran to her journal, to post not one, not two, but three journals on the matter, all of which have been deleted. Fortunately for us, there are other people who hate her just as much, and know that whenever she gets proven wrong, she tries to hide all evidence of it ever happening.

Notice how whenever someone gives her advice she either a. ignores it, b. shoves the numerous "awards and medals" that she has apparently won, or c. assumes its an all out attack and runs around bitching about how shitty her art is. So much for asking for advice. After turning off her monitor and crying for a bit, she then proceeded to post this journal, because according to Jess, anyone answering her questions in the previous one, are bitching at her. What a wonderful kid!

And then, once her other journals all blew up in her face, she deleted them and posted this one: [link] because her sarcasm is totally witty and she just wanted to let 70% of the people who stop by her page feel a little twinge of hope.

Of course, its more than likely that she's here to stay and plague us all with her blatantly pigheaded and ignorant ways.

And for lulz sake, here's my original entry which is apparently full of lies and bullshit, yet the only thing she has ever pointed out as being false is the Delta-Husky thing, however Jess lies in every sentence she spews, so we all know its true:

Well. It's not your gallery, it technically belongs to DeviantArt and as such, they do have the right to do whatever they want. And because DeviantArt operates in the US, they follow US rules, which also included the infamous "fifth amendment" which means that ANYONE can say whatever THEY WANT on your gallery, and all you can do is block their usernames. But I bet that list of yours has gotten so long that you're now starting to have to delete people.

That also reminds me, Miss NOONECANFUCKINGTOUCHMYART, didn't you admit to referencing photos without credit? Didn't you admit that you were going to rip people's SL avatars for your own? That sounds pretty hypocritical of you. But of course, pointing this out makes me a huge moron, right? Because you know sooooooo much about copyright law, you didn't even know that copyrights and trademarks are run out of two seperate offices and are two different things.

Didn't you say you were in law school?

Seems like you would have the worst grades in your school's history if this were the case.

Who is the one really doing the harassment on this site? People who take the time to try to help you(I can't imagine why) or you who seems to think that everyone and everything is out to get you and thusly you attack everyone? You are so full of yourself that I wonder if you can even fit through a doorway with an ego as big as yours.
